Calling All Members – We Need Umpires!
Want the best seat in the house at Nationals in Canberra in November? Or would you just like to brush up on your knowledge of the World Eight Ball Rules?
Why not sit the Umpires exam?
Sitting the Umpires Exam can help build your knowledge of the World Eight Ball Rules. Passing the exam will not only assist you with umpiring on Wednesday nights, it will also qualify you to umpire at Nationals, and can also put to rest some of the folk laws we see pop up every now and then.
How to sit the exam: Email Steve, our Head umpire, at umpire@acteba.com.au
It’s that easy!
PS. Umpiring at Nationals will also earn you some cash per frame – So, sit the exam!
