Sitting the Umpires Exam can help build your knowledge of the World Eight Ball Rules. Passing the exam will not only assist you with umpiring on Wednesday nights, it will also qualify you to umpire at Nationals, and can also put to rest some of the folk laws we see pop up every now and then.
