2014 Open Singles – Round 3 Results – Groups round 4

Round 4 will be a round robin x 4 with the top 4 players proceeding through to the top 16. Venues open at 10.30am with play commencing at 11am as per previous rounds.

2014 Open Singles – Round 2 Results & Round 3 Groups
Hi All,
Please see below link to results from round 2 and groups for round 3 this weekend.
Venues will open at approximately 10.30am with play starting at 11am. Format is same as first two rounds, 3 x round robin with top 4 players progressing to round 4. In past years we have played a round robin x 4 in this round, but due to 4 of the groups only able to use 2 tables I have left it at round robin x 3.
Round 4 will be a round robin x 4 as each group will be at a venue with 4 tables.

2014 Open Singles – Round 2 Update
Just a reminder for players in round 2 this weekend, venues will open at approximately 10.30am with play starting at 11am. Format is same as first round, 3 x round robin with top 4 players progressing to round 3.
The players that are successful in getting through to round 3 (as well at the top 32 players already in round 3). If you are unable to play on a particular day next weekend, you must let me know before 8pm Sunday. I will try and accommodate your request but there is still no guarantee on preferred day. Once groups are published (Sunday Night/Monday morning), there will be no changes to the groups.

2014 Adjudicators Comp
Hi All,
This year ACTEBA will be holding an Adjudicators 8 Ball Comp to provide incentive for players to volunteer their time adjudicating in the 2014 Selections Trials.
Details haven’t been finalised yet, but will be published over the next week or so.
The basic details of the comp will be as follows:
• To be eligible you must adjudicate one group in any of the 2014 Singles, Doubles or 9 Ball events (Open, Ladies or Masters).
• Free entry
• ACTEBA will provide $300 to the prize money
• The competition will be handicapped
• Held on a Saturday in October or November after all events are complete
If you are interested in adjudicating please contact Matt Harmon via contact form to put your name down so you can be allocated you to a group.
