Payments for the 2019 Summer Comp Fees are now being accepted.

Fees are due by Monday 4th March, if they are paid after this date you will charged a $10 late fee. If fees (including late fees) are not paid by 6th March, you are not eligible to play from round 8.

Poolstat access details will be sent to captain and Vic captain the week before the season starts.
I would ask that all captains ensure their venues are aware the season is starting, and provide them with a copy of the draw so they know when to expect players to show up.

2019 Calendar of Events
Please see attached confirmed ACTEBA Calendar of events for 2019.
A few changes were required to the previous proposed Calendar due to venue availability and I also took some feedback on board.

NOTE: Even though it is unlikely for dates to change, these events are based on anticipated entries……. if the numbers change considerably, it may change the event dates.
2019 ACTEBA Proposed Calendar options

2018 Adjudicators Comp – 1st December 2018
See below list of players that have adjudicated during the year that are eligible to play in the 2018 Adjudicators comp that is being held on Saturday 1st December at the Harmonie German Club.
My apologies if you are not on the list and should be and did adjudicate during the year. If that’s the case please let me know and I’ll add you to the list.
The format will be a handicapped race to 22 frame event as per previous years.
12pm start and anticipate for it to finished late afternoon.
ACTEBA with contribute $300 to prize and each players normally pays $10 each to increase the prize pool.
