Well that’s it for the Summer Comp’s regular season.
Congratulations to the teams that made it to the finals, and commiserations to those that missed out. There were some seriously tight placings in some divisions which went down to the results of other teams to determine the top 4. Very entertaining stuff.
There is a bit of important information in this post so please read it carefully.

FINALS FORMAT
Please remember that the format of the finals was changed last season so that 1 plays 2 and 3 plays 4. The winner of 1 and 2 goes on to the grand final, the loser plays the winner of 3 vs 4 and the loser of that match is knocked out. The team listed first in each match up is the home team.

NOTE ABOUT ANZAC DAY
There have been a few concerns voiced about the first week of finals being held on ANZAC Day.
To alleviate the concerns – If you CANNOT play your game on Wednesday night 25th April 2012 then:
1) You may ask your opposition captain to play on another night, before the following Wednesday. OR
2) Forfeit the match.
Please be aware that if you choose the first (1) option, then:
The other captain MUST agree,
You MUST inform Matt Power or myself with the new arrangements for the game.
