The final series will be in the following format:
Week 1 of the finals:
1st place plays 2nd place Winner goes straight to Grand Final.
3rd place plays 4th place Loser is out.
Higher placed team gets the home venue.
Week 2:
Loser of 1st vs 2nd plays winner of 3rd vs 4th Winner goes to Grand Final. Loser is out.
