I had intended to send you this info on the weekend, but did not have internet access, so my sincere apologies.
The Nine Ball will held this weekend at The Maram. Both days have been reserved to complete the tournament, however in recent years we have been able to finish up on the Saturday evening. This will be sorted out depening on how the day goes and how many entries we finish up with. At this point, it is more than likely going to be a one day event.
Play will commence at 10.30, with tables open from 10 for practice. The format is double elimination, with prize money for the top 4 finishers in the Open, and Top 2 in the Ladies.
The prize money will be distributed as follows:
• 75% of all fees form the Open prize pool
• 25% of all fees form the Ladies prize pool
• Open top 4 receive a split as follows: 1st 53%, 2nd 27%, 3rd / 4th 10% each
• Ladies top 2 receive a split as follows: 1st 67%, 2nd 33%.
At this stage we are operating on an $810 prize pool, however this may rise before the day.
As this is a straight money comp with a blind draw to be done on the day, I will accept late entries up to Friday night.

These players will be placed in different sections of the draw, with all other players placed randomly on the day.
