If anyone has completed AND passed the Umpires test within the last couple of years NOT received an Umpires Card, please Contact Steve Phillips through the following email – umpire@acteba.com.au (If you have done it in the last 3 weeks or so I do not need to hear from you).
Also if you want to do the test you can also contact Steve via above email. Steve will work out a time that suits and is happy to travel to you.
Completing the test will AT LEAST give you some more knowledge about the rules and assist you for any comps you enter.
