Please see following link to online Nomination Form for the 2015 Summer Comp. If you have already email me the old form I will enter on your behalf (which you will receive a copy). Nomination close Monday 1st December @ the monthly meeting.. If you wish to submit your nomination in person at the meeting, that is fine (old form can be found on the Docs & Forms page)…. But I encourage everyone to enter online to save me manually entering your team details into ACTEBA Player Register. Thanks

I have tried to avoid Public Holiday weekends and significant events, as well as other pool competitions around Australia that ACTEBA members may wish to attend.
