Under 21 / Masters Team Manager
Nominations Close with the secretary via email on Sunday November 13th 2011
General duties prior to the team leaving will be making sure all monies are paid on time, code of conducts are signed and returned to the AEBF, collation of uniform sizes and any extra sizes that may be required, travel arrangements and accommodation if the person concerned wishes to stay longer than the normal period of the trip and other duties that the AEBF may ask
Duties while away will be organising the team/s for their matches, team sheets, the general well-being of the team – team harmony, behavioural problems that may occur and other duties that the AEBF may ask
Team manager/s will be required to submit two reports on return from the World Championships
1 General Report to the AEBF Delegates
2 Report to the AEBF Executive on behavioural problems or other issues that a team manager may not feel comfortable in putting in the general report

Hi all,
Amazingly, we only had 1 minor premier win their way through to the grand final last night (Felt Rippers in 5th div). In all other divisions, 2nd beat 1st. In the other semi’s, only one 4th placed team managed to knock off 3rd (Concords in 3rd div). Venues for next week (all neutral) to be confirmed shortly (let me know if your team has a preference). And don’t forget, there’s a meeting on Monday night at Mooseheads. Continue reading
Hi all,
Congratulations to all teams that qualified for the finals series. And don’t forget the final series has changed, so it’s now 1 v 2 with the winner straight into the GF, and 3 v 4 with the loser eliminated. Almost every division came down to the results from last night, and two 5th placed teams managed to squeeze into the top 4 right at the last moment (the Snipers in 1st div and the Jacks in 4th).
Please note there’s a break of 3 weeks before the finals series commences, due to the Nationals. So week 1 of the finals is on Wednesday, 2nd November. Can all home teams (ie those who are listed 1st) arrange with their venue to host the finals match there, and confirm with me when this is done.

Hello all,
Some brief (but very important) messages follow that are relevant to members.
All Captains
The monthly meeting for October is on Monday 3/10/11.
The meeting will be held at Buffalos Bar & Bistro, Yass Rd Queanbeyan.
All ACTEBA members
8 pool tables (plus equipment including lights) will be available for $2500 each, in January next year. These will be tables of the highest standard (as used in 2 national events) and represent great value.
If people are interested they need to advise me soon, and pay deposits ($850).
All ACT State Team Players or Single Entries or Other Spectators
Payment for the event was due this week. This must be arranged as soon as possible and not later than 3/10/11. No player that owes ACTEBA money will be allowed to play in the Nationals.
All those who have not arranged payment by Mon 3/10/11 I will seek to have added to the debtors register.
