Registrations for the Masters trials are now open and will close Tuesday 18th August at 7:00pm.
Schedule of play will depend on the number of entries.
Up to 40 players we would use 2 weekends (29th August -6th September).
Over 40 players we would use 3 weekends (22nd August -6th September).
40 Players and 2 weekends:
Week 1 – 4 seeded players don’t play. Remaining players spread across 4 groups. Top 3 from each group go through.
Week 2 – Top 16 Round Robin across both days
41+ players and 3 weekends:
Week 1 – 16 seeded players don’t play. Remaining players spread across 4 groups, top 4 from each group go through to Week 2. Players play one day only.
Week 2 – 16 seeds + 16 qualifiers = 4 groups of 8, top 4 from each group go through to Top 16. Players play one day only.
Week 3 – Top 16 Round Robin across both days
